Budo Interval training is our version of high-intensity interval training boot camp designed to consistently push your system and deliver results. Be prepared to sweat through speed, agility, quickness, core strength, body weight and circuit drills incorporating equipment such as battle ropes, jump ropes, TRX suspension trainer, plyo boxes, kettle bells, medicine balls, and free weights.
Budo Box and Budo Kickbox Fit's high-intensity workout sculpts your body and burns calories like nothing you’ve experienced before. Your coach will lead you through explosive rounds where you'll deliver punch and/or kicking combinations, working your entire body as part of our Budo Box Fit classes.
When it comes to sports, especially ones that involve hand to hand competitions, injuries can happen. Whether its to rehabilitate an injury, or keep the body feeling loose and ready for any challenge, Physiomed has the staff equipped to handle your needs. Whatever health challenges you want to overcome, and whatever health goals you want to achieve, Physiomed can help.
Budo Canada has two large sections dedicated to cardio and weight equipment. A full circuit of weight equipment is provided with free weights and dumbbells for our members to use throughout the day. In addition our cardio section has a range of treadmills, elliptical machines, stair climbers and row machines for use.
Join our community of committed cyclists — from just-for-fun group rides to intense training for endurance events. Plus, our indoor cycling classes use cutting-edge bikes, motivating instructors and pulse-pounding music to help you push toward new levels of fitness.
Open to all levels of experience, participants will use a combination of strength, flexibility and stretching to flow through a series of poses, focusing on improving their strength, flexibility, alignment, and mobility.
